Overview

Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (Multi Style) in India is our signature course designed by Trimurti Yoga Team for all yoga practitioners who want to study yoga in depth, and get proper certification accredited by Yoga Alliance, USA. The yoga certification allows you to teach all over the world. Our yoga teacher training will expose you to all the styles of yoga & let you explore the possibilities you will have as a yoga teacher to adapt to different styles of yoga.

Our 200 multi style Yoga Teacher training will expose you to the three yoga styles – Hatha, Ashtanga & Vinyasa flow. You will practice one style over each week & will also learn to teach the same at the end of each week by leading a class for a small group of 4 to 5 students. Even though you may not be exposed to a certain style of yoga practice in the past but you will be able to deep dive into each style and take what you need for your future yoga practice and yoga teaching.

Your daily schedule will be well balanced between practice and theory classes each day. Our teachers will take utmost care for your during this intense course to make sure that you all students qualify this course to be certified Yoga Teacher at the end of this 200 hour yoga teacher training course.

Teaching future yoga teachers has been our passion for the past 11 years, and we make sure that the educational process is not only intense, but also easy to digest, useful and practical.

Most of our students call our course “Total Transformation Course”.

10:00 - 11:30:  Philosophy

11:45 - 13:00:  Asana Lab 

13:00 - 14:30:  Lunch

16:15 - 17:45:  Sequencing and Practice 

18:00 - 19:00:  Self practice 

Course Outline

Week 1 - Hatha Yoga
  • Introduction to the origins of yoga, the history of the main styles of yoga.

  • Four paths of yoga; Bhakti, Raja, Karma & Jaana yoga.

  • Hatha yoga practice each day for 90 minutes.

  • How to sequence a Hatha yoga class.

  • Adjustment & alignment techniques.

  • Introduction to human anatomy & its relevance in yoga.

  • Introduction to Yogic Philosophy covering patanjali yoga sutras.

  • Art of teaching yoga.

  • Close the day with an evening reflection practice using restorative yoga or an easy class on Hatha yoga.

  • Teaching a small group of students like three to four students for a short time under the guidance of our experienced teachers who will help you through this process.

Week 3 - Vinyasa Flow
  • Introduction to Vinyasa flow.

  • Vinyasa flow practice each day for 90 minutes.

  • How to sequence a Vinyasa flow class.

  • Basic principles of Ayurveda & yoga therapy.

  • Prevention of injuries.

  • The principles of observation, demonstration & instruction.

  • Business aspect of yoga & professional development.

  • Yogic philosophy.

  • Adjustment & alignment techniques.

  • Physical & the physiological body.

  • Close the day with evening reflection practice using restorative yoga or a gentle flow class.

Week 2 - Ashtanga Yoga 
  • Introduction to the eight limbs of yoga; Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratayahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi.

  • Four elements of Ashtanga Yoga; Vinyasa, Ujjayi pranayama, Bandhas & Drishti.

  • Ashtanga Yoga practice each day for 90 minutes.

  • How to sequence a Ashtanga Yoga class.

  • Adjustment & alignment techniques.

  • Art of communication as a yoga teacher.

  • Understanding of human anatomy in details covering Body bio-mechanics.

  • Yogic Anatomy covering chakras & energetic body.

  • Yogic philosophy.

  • Close each day with an evening reflection practice using restorative yoga like yin yoga or a gentle flow class.

  • Teaching a small group of students Ashtanga yoga under the supervision of our senior teachers.

Last 3 days of the course :
  • Teaching practicums where the whole group will be divided into small groups of 2 to 4 students & you will jointly prepare class for the whole group in any of your chosen preferred style of yoga.

  • Our teachers will give you a constructive positive feedback at the end of each session which will inspire you to do better in your journey of being a yoga teacher.

  • Graduation ceremony.

Accomodation

Amed, 70km from Denpasar airport, is known as one of the most beautiful coastlines in Bali, which is why it is one of the most famous scuba diving locations in Southeast Asia. Amed is famous for its quietness so visitors can relax without being bothered by the hustle and bustle of other cities. 

Kelapa Cottage is nestled in a quiet area surrounded by bamboo forests. Only a 10-minute walk from the beach and downtown with a full range of restaurants and services. The resort has 4 communal houses, 2 single rooms and 2 dormitories located around a beautiful swimming pool in a tropical garden. Yoga Shala is surrounded by bamboo forests, making the classroom a very quiet and peaceful place. This is a perfect location for your Yoga teacher training in Bali.
