1st & 2nd Stage: Observation & Clarity
On the first day of the retreat, we will return to our inner silence to reflect on every aspects of life and identify the "forest" inside our minds:

Observe: tune inward, listen and observe the mind and emotions. Identify the types of thoughts that occupy your mind. Being aware of the "green trees" and "weeds" inside the mind.

Clarity: clarify thoughts and gently dust off your mind. Learn the tools to reorganize it, accept the "weeds" inside and put them back together.

Yin - Yang Yoga
Yoga classes are a combination of Yang yoga (Hatha & Vinyasa) and Yin yoga. The sequences are designed according to the flow of energies of 5 natural elements of Metal - Wood - Water - Fire - Earth (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and going through the 4 seasons of Spring - Summer - Autumn - Winter to help balance the elements within each person.

Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga: modern and traditional yoga methods that combine active, flexible movements to awaken all muscles in the body.

Yin yoga is often known as a gentle, relaxing way to practice yoga, not tied to complex movements. It is a very complimentary style of yoga as it can help towards improving the ROM (range of motion) at your joints and releasing the build-up of excessive tension in your tissues. Yin yoga helps practitioners slowly learn to feel your body and help it relax. Turn your attention to your body - mind - and breath.

3rd & 4th Stage: Transformation & Envision
Good things always come when we start to accept and make changes on our journey. In the next 2 days, you will work with yourself to find out your true purposes, direction and values. From there, envision a new outcome you wish for.

Breathwork & Meditation
Breath properly and optimize your breath to support and protect your health is always a big question for every person. In this retreat, you will learn traditional therapeutic pranayama to breathe properly with control, creating balance between mind and body.
After balancing your breath and mind, you will experience basic guided meditation techniques to observe, listen and work with your thoughts and emotions that come to the surface.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra takes us to a state of deep relaxation, on the verge of sleep, where our senses, intellect and mind can completely let go and rest. In this dreamless sleep, we escape the concepts of time, space and reason. When this happens, brain activity decreases and the body enters a healing state, eliminating toxins at the cellular level, refreshing the mind and removing emotional burdens from the subconscious. One hour of this spiritual sleep is said to provide benefits equivalent to four hours of regular sleep.
