Applicable to all healing sessions / therapy sessions / private sessions. For Retreat, Teacher Training and other programs, please contact us. All time references follow Vietnam Time (GMT+7)
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
When AHC Cancels or Reschedules
Clients are entitled to a 100% refund or rescheduling in the following cases:

We are unable to provide the service as committed

The practitioner encounters an issue preventing the session

Force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, operational incidents)
Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Notice ≥ 36 hours before the session
- Clients may:

Reschedule once within 02 days from the original appointment date, or
-
Receive a 50% refund
- Notice < 36 hours or No-show
-
No refund under any circumstances
- No-show: arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice
Changing Mind / Switching Services

No refunds will be issued

Clients may switch to a service of equivalent value, or upgrade (by paying the difference)

No partial refund for switching to a lower-value service
Valid Communication Channels

Clients must notify us via: Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp

Messages sent to a practitioner’s personal account are not considered valid, to avoid miscommunication or lost information
