Services Policy

Applicable to all healing sessions / therapy sessions / private sessions. For Retreat, Teacher Training and other programs, please contact us. All time references follow Vietnam Time (GMT+7)

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

When AHC Cancels or Reschedules
Clients are entitled to a 100% refund or rescheduling in the following cases:

  • We are unable to provide the service as committed

  • The practitioner encounters an issue preventing the session

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, operational incidents)

 

Client-Initiated Cancellation

- Notice ≥ 36 hours before the session
- Clients may:

  • Reschedule once within 02 days from the original appointment date, or

  • Receive a 50% refund

- Notice < 36 hours or No-show

  • No refund under any circumstances

- No-show: arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice

 

Changing Mind / Switching Services

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Clients may switch to a service of equivalent value, or upgrade (by paying the difference)

  • No partial refund for switching to a lower-value service

 

Valid Communication Channels

  • Clients must notify us via: Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp

  • Messages sent to a practitioner’s personal account are not considered valid, to avoid miscommunication or lost information

PAYMENT POLICY

Booking Confirmation

  • ​Booking should be made via Email/ Whatsapp / Facebook / Instagram 

  • Do not make any payment until AHC confirms your session

  • Advance payment is required to secure the booking

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received

  • Clients are responsible for any bank or intermediary fees

Information We Collect

  • Full name, phone number, email

  • Booking details and service history

  • Health or emotional information (voluntarily shared by the client)

 

Purpose of Use

  • Confirming and managing appointments

  • Personalizing the healing experience

  • Improving service quality

  • Providing necessary communication and support

  • AHC does not use client information for unrelated commercial purposes without consent

 

Data Protection & Storage

  • Information is stored securely within internal systems

  • Access is limited to relevant personnel only

  • Reasonable measures are applied to prevent unauthorized access

 

Information Sharing

  • AHC does not share, sell, or disclose personal data to third parties

  • Except when required by law or with client consent

 

Client Rights

  • Clients have the right to:

  • Request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data

  • Decline sharing sensitive information not essential to the session
