200-hour Yoga Teacher Training

300-hour Yoga Teacher Training
Designed for certified teachers ready to evolve, this 300-hour Yoga Alliance training weaves together the stillness of Yin and Meditation with the dynamic intelligence of Vinyasa. You’ll explore subtle body anatomy, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and advanced sequencing—all while deepening your inner practice.
Reiki Usui
Level 1 - Master
