SESSION PREPARATION &
INTEGRATION GUIDE

Applicable to all healing sessions / therapy sessions / private sessions programs.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

To support a balanced and receptive state:

  • Have a light meal and stay well hydrated

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and other stimulants before your session
    (recommended: at least 5–12 hours depending on sensitivity)

  • Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing

  • Take a few quiet moments beforehand to settle your mind and body

Intention
Gently set an intention to receive. Allow the energy to move where it is needed, without trying to control or predict the outcome.

DURING THE SESSION

Each experience is unique. There is nothing you need to do or perform.

You may:

  • Enter a deeply relaxed or meditative state

  • Fall asleep or drift between awareness and rest

  • Feel warmth, tingling, or subtle vibrations

  • Experience emotional release or spontaneous thoughts

  • Sense lightness, heaviness, or shifts in body awareness

  • Receive inner imagery, sounds, or intuitive impressions

Some clients may not feel anything noticeable during the session.
This does not affect the effectiveness of the work. What matters most is your willingness to allow and receive.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Integration continues beyond the session.

You may:

  • Feel lighter, clearer, or more grounded

  • Experience deeper sleep or emotional openness

  • Gain subtle insights or a stronger inner connection

  • Notice temporary detox responses such as fatigue, mild headache, or increased urination

These responses are natural and usually settle within 24–48 hours.

Aftercare

  • Drink warm water and rest well

  • Avoid overstimulation (excessive screen time, intense activity)

  • Allow space for integration and observation

  • Reach out to your practitioner if you need support or have questions

PRACTIONER'S NOTE

If this is your first time experiencing energy work:

  • There is no need to understand or analyze the process.

  • Simply relax, release expectations, and remain open.

  • Each body responds differently.

  • Your experience—whether subtle or vivid—is valid.

ADDITIONAL NOTE FOR DISTANCE REIKI SESSION 

Distance sessions are not limited by physical space. You may receive the session from any quiet, comfortable location.

 

Before the Session

  • Confirm your session time in advance

  • Share your location details (and space photos if requested) to support accurate energetic connection

Just Before the Session

  • Prepare a quiet, uninterrupted space

  • Lie down or sit comfortably, with a blanket if needed

  • Spend 20–30 minutes relaxing or meditating beforehand

  • Set a clear intention to receive

 

The rest of the experience follows the same principles as in-person sessions.
